I'm sorry, but I don't quite understand what you're trying to achieve.
If you mean to automatically fill the booking form, that's not something that can be done with the plugin's built-in features.

The closest booking form like you mentioned is when using [ameliacatalog] shortcode
The customer will choose category, then service and that will be used in booking form. Can you please try that and tell me is it ok.
