I received a file to upgrade the plugin. How do I perform that on the website? There's no option to update on Plugins area or Settings area.

Thank you for your purchase.
If you activated the license in Amelia settings, the plugin should auto-update.
If it doesn't, you will need to deactivate and delete Amelia from your Plugins section, and then install it by uploading the previously downloaded file. You can't update plugins by uploading new installation files, unfortunately.
