It looks like there is no "Starting Now" Notifications for SMS? Or we can't schedule them for 10 minutes before, or whatever for virtual events, which is why I bought this—to remind my attendees that their webinars are starting.
I'm not sure what kind of scheduled notification was planned, but I believe our development team had a custom notification in mind - something you could choose (5 minutes, 20 minutes, 2 hours, etc.).
Since our developers have a lot of work, developing planned features, fixing some existing issues, and so on, and due to the fact that developing that kind of notification will take more time that's not something we can offer as custom work at the moment. They said they'll see how long it would take to develop a scheduled notification with a fixed time before, and if there's room to develop it, we'll send you a quote. That notification would be sent (for example) 10 minutes before the appointment, and I'm not sure that they will have the use for it once the planned (custom) notification is developed, so technically - it's not on the roadmap, if you know what I mean.
I'll certainly get back to you when I receive a price estimate.

Thank you for your offer to speed things up with some payment, but since the feature will be included in the plugin after all, we cannot accept that.
To me, this is a glaring hole in your system, to have no reminders on the day of. While I am online And therefore prefer my reminders closer to start time than many physical events would), even my hair stylist client sends reminders the day of, and would not be able to move to this system until that is implemented, either.
I have not just purchased Amelia, but also charged my account, before discovering that your reminders were not timely.
This is on our "to-do" list, but there are some priority tasks before it (like Employee panel, adding buffering logic selection, including new payment methods, etc). I hope it will be included in the next update, but I can't say that for sure.

Unfortunately, at the moment we only have the "Next Day Reminder" notification.
Adding custom scheduled notifications is not possible at the moment, but it is being considered for one of our next updates.
