I configured GCalendar as you described on your page and put in ID and key. I then linked the calendar to my employee. And i enabled "delete busy times from my calendar" in settings and set the default number to 500 (just to be sure, but the calendar is actually empty so far, despite of the 3 test dates)
So far so good - bookings are shown in my Google Calendar without problems, but busy entries in my Google Calendar don't show in my Amelia booking calendar so that they aren't blocked.
If you enabled "Delete Google Calendar busy slots", they should be blocked from Amelia. How long are they? The only issue I can recall is that whole-day events in Google are not carried over to Amelia, so you can reduce it to 23:30, and it will work.
Other than that, if it doesn't work, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.

True! Checked it out, too. Last week I was still able to double-book time slots but I guess we won't find out how that solved. Thank you for your support - happy that it works just fine now!
Dear Amelia Team,

How can i solve this issue?

Yes, will do so. It's not a whole day date. ;)
