1. You could do it with some custom CSS only. You would need to apply the custom font like this:

.wpDataTablesWrapper table.wpDataTable tr.even td,
.wpDataTablesWrapper table.wpDataTable tr.odd td {
font-family: verdana !important;
font-size: 12px !important;
}

2. You can add images in string-type columns, like this:

<img src="url-to-the-image><a href="url-link" >Custom Text</a><br>Custom Text2

Applying different font to these would not be that easy, but you can also try our HTML editor - in it you can change font size within cells.
