Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

    hey,

I am building a website for a gym instrucuture who would like to integrate a booking service to Wordpress,

    Our requirements are:

We need a complete booking system that we can list our services on (6 services)

we need to be able to link a service to a specific date in time ( every service runs for 1 hour at different dates and times)

we need to set maximum availability per service (for example service 1 can only have up to 6 people on Monday at 18:00 and so one, ive tried your demo but I was only able to do this on "events" not on services, and I much prefer the services front end interface.

we need to be able to accept PayPal payments.

Please let me know if this is something you can offer.

    Many Thanks,

    Ben

    Hi Ben,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

I think that all these is possible with our plugin. We didn't show this in our demos (but it is a good suggestion to add) but in each employee profile you can set specific working hours, and for each day you can set periods that would have the same duration as a service so only one appointment can fit, for example: you can set Yoga with duration of 1 hour to be in the period from 10am to 11am, Fitness to be in the period from 6pm to 7pm and so on. In that way once customer chooses the service he will see specific days available and just one time slot in that day.

If you don't need employees you should know that you have to create at least one employee so the plugin can function properly and you need to connect that employee with services. If you create just one employee the employee selection will not be shown on the front-end. However, if you need to allow two services to be in the same time, then for those services you would need separate employees.

As for the payments we have PayPal as a payment method integrated in the plugin so you can use it.

    Best regards.

hey, thank you, it is just one employee that would need to be created , so for example , yoga should only be available on Tuesdays beteeen 6-7 and it has up to 7 spaces available, then Zumba is only available on Wednesdays between 5-6 and has up to 9 spaces, is this possible ? All with the same employee .
