We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Our php developer ask for documentation, class template/interface, tips to start with and rely on. Can you help me with this?

Thanks in advance and best regards,

    Hello Riccardo,

That isn't possible, unfortunately, as we don't provide the source code of the plugin.

If you have any further questions feel free to ask.

    Thanks Marija for your answer.

But I'm confused... Actually you provide the source code of Amelia, for both free and pro version (under GPL licence).

I'm just asking if our php developer has to figure out anything, by himself,  about Amelia's payment gateways OR there's some sort of documentation, class template/interface, tips to start with.

    Thanks, Riccardo

    Hello Riccardo,

Apologies for replying late, we are not working on weekends.

You are welcome. We don't provide the source code of the plugin, the JS files are modified (minimized) in the public version of plugin. All those files that have extension .vue are compressed and minimized in JS files that are hard and not recommended for modifying. So, in order to add some features you need to unminify the js and customize it.

We don't have any sort of documentation, unfortunately.

If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.
