In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi,
I found your plugin is great. I need just one small instruction, how can I set up two prices for same service?
Example: I am selling classes for adults and kids at the sale time, 10 available slots per class. Adults pay 10 dollars and kids 5 dollars per class.

There isn't a possibility to have two prices for one service, unfortunately, in Amelia with its current built-in features. You would need to create two separate services, but you would need to manage/separate the capacity on two services as well, or create and give coupons for children on 5$ of the service price.

Apologies for replying late, we are not working on weekends.
We have this in our feature requests list and I will add your vote to it, but for now that feature isn't planned, unfortunately. So, I can't tell when it will be implemented.
There isn't a possibility to have the number of the available slots on the front-end for Services with the Amelia's current built-in features.
