Hey there, Awesome Customers!

Just a heads up: We'll be taking a breather to celebrate International Workers' Day (May 1st and 2nd - Wednesday and Thursday) and Orthodox Easter from Good Friday (May 3rd) through Easter Monday (May 6th). So, from May 1st to May 6th, our team will be off enjoying some well-deserved downtime.

During this time, our customer support will be running on a smaller crew, but don't worry! We'll still be around to help with any urgent matters, though it might take us a bit longer than usual to get back to you.

We'll be back in action at full throttle on May 7th (Tuesday), ready to tackle your questions and requests with gusto!

In the meantime, you can explore our documentation for Amelia and wpDataTables. You'll find loads of helpful resources, including articles and handy video tutorials on YouTube (Amelia's YouTube Channel and wpDataTables' YouTube Channel). These gems might just have the answers you're looking for while we're kicking back.

Thanks a bunch for your understanding and support!

Catch you on the flip side!

Warm regards,

TMS

Im building a course booking website for someone. And they are pretty specific in what they want. So my question is following:

    1. When a visitor have created a user, and then booking an event, will the plugin then grab the user data from the user, or will the user have to fill in the data every time they book?

    2. if yes to question nr. 1, am i able to grab more custom info about the user? for example business, business type ect.

    3. Will they be able to see booked events from a user dashboard?

    Hi Mattias Molin Kieler,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    1. If user is logged in the WordPress during the booking or is logged in the customer panel then the data will be filled in the booking form. If it is not logged in then the fields will be empty.

    2. Yes, you can add custom fields to the booking form and you can choose wether those fields will be mandatory or not. Just you should know, data from those fields will be shown in the appointment details, not in the customer details.

    3. Customer can see booked events on the Front-end customer panel. More about this you can read here.

    Best regards.

Hi Isidora, thanks for your reply! :)

Just to be sure, the question nr. 2. Does it grab that custom user information automatically if the user is logged in and have filled the information when logging in, or will the user have to fill in custom user information in the booking form every time they book? :)

    Hi Mattias Molin Kieler,

    You are welcome.

The info from the custom fields will not be filled, only customers basic info like First and Last name, email and phone number.

    Best regards.
