We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

Fist let me say how impressed i have been with both the Plugin and the support. You folks have been fantastic. i am impressed!

I have a request/idea that may perhaps be useful for future versions of Amelia, (or maybe it is doable now and i just don't know how to do it). In general, I have three types of people booking time with me:

    • Students,
    • Future students,
    • and Business Associates.

It would be SO COOL, to have Ameila either integrated with my members list (presently over at kartra), so that when a student tries to set an appointment they have to put in their student username and password. And I could create a "business associate" UN/PW that I could share with those folks, so that again, their meeting times would be "special".

This would help me in terms of having people sign up for the proper time slots, and also I would think it would add value both to me as a user of Amelia, but also to you folks. I am sure there are others who could use such an option.

I would be more than happy to help y'all beta test such an option.

    Thanks for your time

    Allan

    Hello Allan

Thank you for your kind words, and for your suggestion.

At the moment, Amelia can't integrate with any membership plugins.

We've had one user, who used memberpress as membership plugin. Memberpress has an addon to link his membership levels to any wordpress user role. So he linked his levels to the Amelia Customer user role. So each time a member sign up, also assigns the member to Amelia Customer. During the first appointment, all fields are grayed out since Amelia recognizes them as existing customer!

Maybe this can help you out?

    Kind Regards,
