We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hello,

    I have 3 questions :

1/ My website is in French, can I translate EVEYTHING that comes with the plugin (like ALL fields, buttons..etc)

2/ I'd like to make cusomers pay twice:  a deposit on line to confirm booking, and the rest onsite. Is that possible ? so for exemple the price of the event will cost 400€, but they will only pay 50€ to confirm booking.

3/ I'd like to confirm booking of an event Only after paiement succeeded as that possible?

    Hi Meriem,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    1) Yes, you can, all strings are ready for translation. We already have French translation included but you can easily change it using Poedit, Loco Translate or any other translation tool.

    2) Unfortunately at the moment we don't have deposit payments. The only workaround would be for you to setup deposit amount as service price and to require payment for it and add custom field to the booking form to inform the customer that the rest of the price will be paid on site (you can also add this in the notification).

    3) You can set Pending as default appointment status, and then manually change it to Approved once you check payments on the Finance page.

    Best regards.
