I figured out how to limit the hours per service. However, I run into a problem.
I created an employee, setup the work hours and added the relevant service. You can see the details in the attached image "WorkHours". Then, I added the employee to the service.
The expected result was to see the service available according to the work hours instead the service is not available at all. (screenshot "Book").
I also have the following settings:
Period available for booking in advance: 15
Minimum Capacity:1 (I don't have the option to change it to "0").
In "Appointment Settings", I have the "Allow booking above maximum capacity" - disabled and "Allow booking below minimum capacity" - enabled.
We can help you hide the employee selection with some CSS, but since it is usually different for all sites, I'll need you to provide me the URL to the booking page, so I can find the correct CSS.
As for the booking - is 1 hour long enough to fit the service? If you have buffer time before or after the service, it is taken into account, so 1-hour long service with 5-minute buffer time will not fit into 1-hour long working hours.
If that doesn't help, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.

Your suggestion worked like a charm! Thank you very much!
I can hide it using CSS, I was just wondering if there was a function.
Also, it looks like your coding is lacking ids and classes which makes it harder to work with CSS. It would be great if you'd organize your coding a bit better in a future update.
Hi there,
We purchased the plugin today and I am going through the set up steps so I have a quick question.
Is there a function to hide the employee field? I'd prefer it to hiding via CSS.
Also, is there a way to provide the option or not to select an employee based on the service?
Thank you in advance,
Kat
One more question.
Why does the plugin assume that all our services will be available during all business hours?
Am I missing something?
Me again!

You're welcome Kat
I will forward your suggestion about CSS to our developers, and hopefully they'll be able to do something in the future.
