We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hello! Does the Amelia Booking Plugin offer product or service add-on? For example, I'm a tour operator and I offer a one-spot snorkel, beach break, or zip-line add-on to the monkey & sloth park. Also, child/adult pricing would ne an awesome feature as well. Is this possible currently with Amelia? If not, will this be in the roadmap? Thank you. 

    I'm currently using the Woocommerce Bookings & Product Add-on plugins. Would be great if Amelia offered add-ons to products and services. Thank you.

    Hi Michael,

    Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    At the moment each of our services can have extras, so you can create this addon as an extra and customer can choose to book basic service or service+extra. As for the pricing, at the moment we don't have option to set different pricing for adult and child, this is on our To Do list but I must say that it is not planned for a couple of next updates. 

    We have integration with WooCommerce for using different payment methods that are supported in WooCommerce.

    Thank you, we are constantly working on improving our documentation, so if you find out that something is missing (if you plan to use it during the testing or something similar) you can always suggest that to us and we will give our best to improve it as soon as possible.
