Does wpData tables have any premium plugin that converts table markup to div? We've not been able to do this with JQuery, and wondering if there is something in wpData Tables that is blocking this.

I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
Something like this can only be done with custom work, but please note that custom work is not included in the provided support for the plugin.
