In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

I'm interested in your plugin to develop booking websites. I'm using right know WP Booking Calendar for these kind of commerces, but yours seems to be more modern and beautiful.
I would like to know if it supports to buy an appoinment without select a specific date/time, for example, to gift it to someone else for being spent later (proper date/time will be arranged later over email/phone/etc).
Another question is if the plugin support passes. For example, for X sessions.
Theses things are important for some specific customers, so know it will help a lot to move or not to your plugin.

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
Unfortunately at the moment we don't have option for purchasing gift cards in our plugin.
As for booking X sessions, we are currently working on the recurring feature which will be included in our next update and very soon we plan to work on packages option so these two features will be supported. If you are interested I can contact you once we implement these two options? As for the gift card option I must say that this is not planned so soon.
