Hi there, I am using instructions here https://wpamelia.com/configuring-payments/ to set up Paypal sandbox. The instruction is as follows:
Go to https://developer.paypal.com/developer/accountStatus/,
On the left in the “Dashboard” menu click on “My Apps & Credentials”,
In the “REST API apps” section you need to create a new App (or use the existing one),
However, there is no “REST API apps” section, all I get is "Non-U.S. developers: read our FAQ." See screenshot attached. There is a long list of FAQ's, with no instructions at all. I have access to my sandbox account but again, no clear way to creat an app. How can I set up an app to use Paypal sandbox with Amelia?

You haven't logged in:
That's why you don't see anything.
You need to create an account with PayPal first, and log into it, to manage your apps and credentials.
