We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

I purchased the product because I want to integrate with clickfunnels, how do I get the custom code?

I was using calendly and thought that this too was a web based app where I could do that?

I also have a WP site

    Hello Adam McDonald,

    Thank you for your purchase.

Amelia is a plugin for WordPress, so you can install it and use it on a WordPress website only. You can read about everything you need to set it up in our documentation.

There isn't an integration with clickfunnels for Amelia. You can only check out the Web hooks feature in Amelia so you can see if you can use it to achieve what you need. We don't provide customization of Amelia.

If you have any further questions feel free to ask.

Is it possible to get a refund, I purchased only yesterday but I need custom code to be able to use it

We are sorry to hear that you don't find Amelia suitable for your business.

In order to request a refund, you need to login to http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in the e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and if you're still within 15 days from your purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button (if you access the store on a smaller screen and don't see the button right away please scroll to right).

    Hi,

The option is not there and the purchase date was yesterday.

If you access the store on a smaller screen it can't be seen right away, could you please scroll to right? There should be two buttons for the purchase code on the right - Cancel Subscription and Request Refund.

  • Adam McDonald replied

I accessed via a laptop, and it still does not appear. I purchased via app sumo if that makes a difference.

This is why you don't see the button, if you bought Amelia through AppSumo, then you need to request a refund there, on AppSumo, not in our store.
