Hi, on my website the services are not showing on Mondays only. The services and appointment booking works fine on any other days just not on Mondays. This is not showing in the settings.
Hi Aleksandar, I have checked all of these things and absolutely no settings related to this show any issues with Mondays. They're set up the exact same as every other day. The calendar syncs with Google Cal but Google cal is not blocking out Mondays either.
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Please can you ask your developers and technicians to check this issue. The calendar does work with other googlecalendars but the issues persists with NIgel's google cal.
Google support wouldn't be able to help you out here. They are mentioning the plugin causing an issue due to an update. If this was true, it would happen not only to all your employees, but to all Amelia users who have their employees connected to Google Calendar.
This has something to do with your employee.
Can you please provide me Nigel's Google account log-in credentials (make sure 2-step verification is disabled), along with your database access credentials (phpMyAdmin or cPanel) and FTP credentials so we can remote in and debug the plugin, to see what's going on?
Please don't forget to enable the PRIVATE response, as this ticket is public.
Hi Aleksandar, 2FA is definitely turned off on the account which is strange. Can you please confirm which type of Google calendar account should be used to sync with an employee when taking bookings?
Probably Google's new privacy policy doesn't allow disabling 2FA.
You can use the G-suite (as the owner of that account) to configure Google Calendar. That account will only be used to connect Amelia and Google Calendar App.
Your employees can then connect to their accounts from their Employee profiles in Amelia. It's recommended to use personal accounts, but I don't recall adding G-suite accounts can cause any issues. You just need to be sure it's the correct account. Once the integration is established, there should be no issues with the calendar of the employee.
We've had the email set up for months and only recently has this problem occured. Previously it was fine the Mondays showed up but you couldn't see any of the services the it was Sundays.
I can't replicate the inability to book on Sundays and Mondays locally, that is correct. On your website I see the same issue.
The only thing that comes to mind is this "Clinic Closed" event in Google Calendar that spans from 1AM Sunday to 1AM Monday.
Can you temporarily remove that event, and let me know if the issue is resolved?
Also, the wp-admin credentials for your website don't work anymore, so I couldn't log in to see the back-end. If you can, please provide them again, but remember this is a public ticket, so enable the PRIVATE response.

Any ideas?
Hello Todd
Employees determine when the services will be available.
Please check the working hours of employees assigned to these services. Also, you may want to check if you have any days off or special days created.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

Hi Aleksandar. We've tried to speak with Google and they've confirmed there's no issue their end. It must be how Amelia is interpreting the calendar.

Hello again Todd
I simply cannot replicate this issue anywhere. I've tried multiple times, but simply couldn't.
Could you share the calendar with me? You can share it with [email protected]
Please make sure to share the calendar your employee is connected to.

Hi Aleksander,
Thanks for this. I've got Nigel to delete the event and we're still in the same situation after clearing cache etc. Do you have any other suggestions?
