You have an option to choose whether you are going to allow Amelia to create a WordPress user role automatically when a new customer books an appointment.
This is why you're receiving the WordPress' email, not Amelia's.
If you wish to enable Amelia's Customer Panel, you can deactivate "Automatically Create Amelia Customer user role" in Roles Settings/Customer, and add the %customer_panel_url% placeholder to the Appointment Approved email notification. Then, your customers will receive the email containing the link to Amelia's Customer Panel, where they can create their own password which will be used for later accessing the panel.
Now It works. But It seems when I try ti insert or update the birthday or the phone n. Of a custumer the system does not save the data. Do you know why? Thank you!
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.
You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Is your employee assigned to all services you offer? Please check his working hours also.
The employee can't be a customer as well, since the email is unique per user.

The notification when a custumer Is created Is not the Amelia notification, but the standard coming from WordPress. Why?

Sorry for that Giuseppe
We have a bug in the latest version which will be fixed with the next release (scheduled to be released by the end of the week).
Until then, please go to ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/src/Application/Services/Helper/HelperService.php and replace line 133 with this:

Hello again Giuseppe
That shouldn't be happening.
Can you please update the plugin to the latest version (2.7 was released last night) and try again?
