In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I am having the following issue:
an Existing Amelia user cannot reset his password when using "Forgot Password"
The existing user does not receive the Email with access link though the message " Email with access link has been sent" appears on the screen.
Kindly assist please.

The "Forgot password" doesn't work since there's a bug in the current version of Amelia, which will be fixed with the next update. Until then, please go to ../wp-content/plugins/ameliabooking/src/Application/Services/Helper/HelperService.php and replace line 133 with this:
The update should be released by the end of the week, though.

Thank you for your purchase, but we can't help you resolve this issue on someone else's ticket. I see you opened a ticket related to Work Hours, so please feel free to open a new ticket related to new issues you're experiencing and we'll gladly help you there.
We'll probably need to access your site and see what's going on, if the plugin doesn't show up on the front-end, so make sure to open a private ticket, where you can share your login credentials.
