The automatic email notifications for clients booking online has stopped working. Please advise as to how we can fix this.

    Thank you!

    Hello Aaron,

Could you please tell me have you changed anything in Amelia or on your website before the email notifications stopped working?

If you haven't and they just stopped working, please check with your hosting provider if they have maybe changed some configuration on the server for sending emails/SMTP.

    Hi Marija

I don't believe I made any changed from the time the email notifications stopped being sent. The only difference I can think of is that our volume was very high as we just opened the system Monday at 3 pm and the volume has been very high. Could that be an issue?

    Hello Aaron,

If you haven't added maybe a plugin for this purpose - sending email - on your website, then please check this out with the hosting, maybe they have changed something on the server and some different configuration now for this is needed . The volume can't affect Amelia's notifications, but they all go through your server, so if there is some issue there they won't be sent.
