I need to add a new service to my reservation system. Its created in Amelia but not visible on website. Small changes of current services are visible without problems but a new one no. Please help.
I know but I have purchased Amelia more the a year ago so I dont have an API code neeeded for a support. But this not my fault, that it is not working, so can you please connect me with someone from technical support?
Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Yes the order is not the right as we do not have an option right now to order the services in desired way.
My suggestion is to change the names of the services, just delete the numbers before the service name.
example:
Instead of 2. STŘÍHÁNÍ DLOUHÝCH VLASŮ set the service name to be STŘÍHÁNÍ DLOUHÝCH VLASŮ and do this for all of the services, just delete the numbers.
The other option is to go directly in the database and change the ID of the services in the desired order, but this can cause the issue if there are some appointments and also for the employees and their relations for services.
