Could you please tell me what version of Amelia do you have? Please update it to the latest version, if you have some previous version. I can't reproduce the issue on our testing website, the sorting works well. If you have this issue with the latest version please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look . We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

services list is not editable, I reordered the services list and i got approve: "Services positions has been saved" and after refresh it's gone.
