We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
I have a table that includes several columns that are part of my master detail pop-up page, some of which have no entries. Is it possible to have the pop-up only display entries (e.g., columns) that have entries. For example. If there are master detail columns that include a cars 1) Make 2) Model 3) Year 4) Special Details is it possible to have the master detail show only those columns that include an entry. In this example the Special Details column may often be blank and I don't want it shown on the master detail pop-up. My actual table has a lot more of these columns that may or may not be blank that I would like to have master detail do a pop-up without the 'blank column' shown.
Hello Edward
Thank you for reaching out to us.
I am sorry to disappoint you, but unfortunately something like this is not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
It's a good suggestion, though, so can you please add it to our suggest a feature page?
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković
