When I set days off for an employee to a range of dates, e.g. 1st June 2020 to 2nd Mar 2021 the system makes all dates from 1st June UNAVAILABLE, even beyond 2nd Mar 2021.
I can't reproduce this issue on our testing website. Could you please tell me do you have the latest version of Amelia, 2.6? If you have some previous version of the plugin, please update it to its latest version, and if the issue is still there please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
Try to reproduce where a trainer has no days available at all in the future plus a days off range from June 2020 to Mar 2021
I am not sure if I understood this quite well. If the employee doesn't have any available days in the future, then they won't have them after the days off neither. In this case, Days off are not needed at all.
I just added a new employee and can't reproduce the mistake.
And when I look at the old employee it's not there either.
All I can think of is I should have clicked to April 2021 where I can see available days again. I think I was very tired yesterday. Very sorry to waste your time and appreciate the very quick response.
Can I suggest the the day off range be entered into two boxes (days off from, days off to) instead of a single entry for range of dates.
