We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi , I've created a table with 30 columns but if I try to export in a PDF table is cut.
How do I go about creating a pdf with all the columns of a row?
Hello Fabio.
Unfortunately, that's one of the limitations of the export tools.
The functionalities of table export tools are based on a 3rd party HTML5 library. There are some limitations in this library unfortunately.
Generated PDF, XLS, CSV are not customizable. Unfortunately, the library allows very little “fine-tuning” of the generated files, so font, size, and other properties cannot be changed.
You can change the orientation of the PDF from portrait to landscape, following this thread, but if that doesn't help either, I can advise installing WP Advanced PDF plugin, as it works a lot better for generating PDF files from existing content of your website.
Kind Regards,
Aleksandar Vuković

So I would to set a layout for each row of my table and then export do docx
Hi again Fabio
Well, sure, you can take a look at Report Builder's documentation, and see how it works on our sandbox site. If you like what you see and if it will be of use to you, you can purchase it and create templates with which you can generate Excel or Docx reports
