Hi I have generated two tables from formidable forms. I would like to ask how can I generate table to shows specific data to user base on his profile information. Please refer to my screen shots below.

Unfortunately, something like this is not possible.
You see, the "Users see and edit only own data" feature is sort of a package deal - you can only get this feature if the table is editable, and unfortunately tables created from existing Formidable Forms are not editable.
You may be able to pull the data from the forms using SQL query, but then you wouldn't need the Formidable Forms add-on. It's not that easy to create a working table from Formidable's database, which is exactly why we created the add-on.
