Hi, I've created two “dummy” clients on the back-end and each time the wordpress user is created alright, but only the email is replicated. Neither the last nor first names are in the user (I didn't try phone or birthdate). Is this a normal behaviour ? Will I have to replicate by hand in Wordpress and Woocommerce ?!
Please advise. Thanks
Hello campanhubert,
Yes, that is a normal behavior, only the email is transferred as data to a WordPress user when they are created from Amelia. I had one such request and I have added it to our feature requests list so I will add your vote to it as well.
If you have any further questions feel free to ask.
Hi Marija,
Thanks for your reply.
Too bad. I thought it was an obvious feature as there is the possibility to "Create New User". Why only the email then ? I cannot do very much of it.
Is it the same thing with Woocommerce ? Will the user have to type again everything except his email address ?
You are welcome.
We can add an option for the first and last name to be sent to the WP user as well, but I can't say for sure when it will be added.
If you are talking about the checkout process, the information they provide in the Amelia booking form will be passed to the Checkout page so they won't need to fill them in again in there.
