We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    India started the conversation

Hello. Emmy here. i am the developer who created the above named website. After some close study, i suggested Amelia to the owner of the website to help with all appointment bookings.

she purchased it and i set it up. The idea is to book free consultation appointments for her services. there are three channels of consultations - phone consultations, facetime consultation, and zoom consultation. I created these appointment chanels as her "services" on the dashboard. Also, the time slot for the consultation is 1 hour and it will be handled by the owner of the website. The challenge now is that when someone books tuesday 6-7pm via phone consultation, zoom consultation and facetime consultation will still be open for booking. Normally there would have been other "employees" to handle this, but she is the only one doing it for now, and can't afford to have facetime and phone consultation within the same time frame, the same day.

You can take a look at the url above to see that when you select a consultation type, that particular time slot will still be available to other consultation types.

What can be done about this? we would rather have a time slot taken by just one consultation type - if phone consultation is taken on June 9, 7-8pm, that time slot should not be open to any other booking... Hope my request is clear enough.

i look forward to your response and help...

    Regards

    Hello Emmy,

Thank you for your purchase and apologies for replying late, we don't work on weekends.

If  these three services are assigned to one Employee, only one of them can be booked at a time, so one employee can have an appointment for one of the services at a time. There isn't a possibility to have more appointments for different services with one employee at a time. But there is a possibility for group appointments in Amelia, so if you set a max capacity for a service ti be greater than 1, more people will be able to book that time slot for the same service with one employee. You can read more about group appointments here and more about appointments settings by following this link

If you need to assign these services to different employees and still want one of them to be blocked if one of the other ones has an appointment, a work-around would be to set this up in your database or connect all of the employees to one Google calendar.

If you have any further questions feel free to ask.
