We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi there

Suddenly the shortcode  %zoom_join_url_date_time% in the event emails only shows time and date and is no link anymore. It worked well until some days ago, but I haven’t changed anything. Haven’t seen an update from Amelia lately.

Is there a possibility to show the Zoom join link directly in the event notifications like it does for the host link? Though the host links is very long in the email, much longer then the actual link including the encrypted password.

    Best, Heinz

    Hello Heinz,

Apologies for replying late, we don't work on weekends.

Unfortunately, there isn't a possibility to show the join link the same as the host link in the Events. Could you please tell me for these events that don't have a link in the email notifications, do they have a host link in the back-end and if they are created in Zoom?

Host link was not shown as well in the mail.

I tried to create the same event again two times and no Zoom link/meeting was created. Than I tried to create an event for another day and it worked. So I just changed Titel and date for that event which is OK for Amelia but the details will obviously not change in Zoom, also the entitled Zoom user is not changed.

So conclusion for that it only did not work on a certain day? Very strange!

    Hello Heinz,

Yes, that is strange. I was trying but couldn't reproduce the issue on our testing site. Could you please tell me when you edit other events in Amelia are they changing in Zoom as well (regarding date/time change)?

If you encounter this for another event please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
