is it possible to assign services on specific days? For example
Service 1, 2 and 3 - Monday
Service 4, 5 - Tuesday
etc. etc.
I don't work for Amelia, actually I just installed it today, but I think I can help you with your question.
Each service can have its own appointment calendar that's specific to that service. So, for service 1, you can put Monday and Tuesday only as calendar options, and service 2 only on Wednesday and so forth.

I'm really sorry, I gave you wrong information, I remembered seeing that option but you can specify employee calendar, not service calendar, sorry again.

Apologies for replying late, we don't work on weekends.
You can achieve that if you assign different services to different days to the employees' work hours, since the availability of the services on the front-end is configured by setting up the employees' work hours.
When you go to Employee's Work hours tab on the Employees page in Amelia, you can assign different services to different days or different work time periods in the same day, if you need.
So, you can assign Services 1, 2 and 3 on Monday to the employee, and services 4 and 5 on Tuesday. When the Services field is left empty it means it is applied to all services assigned to this employee under the Assigned Services tab.
