Every manual or imported table can be front-end editable.
You could use the Formula Columns in order to calculate what you need.
People can see only the data associated to their entries if they log into your website. This is achieved with Users see and edit only own data feature.
Unfortunately, there's no way to save the data for later.
Do you know if the person can input data on the front end to have cells calculate results?
Can users save their versions of calculated sheets? For instance, can a member on my site use the calculator and save the input data for later?
