We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    Hello Amelia Team,

    Just want to ask if you guys have Webhooks or Open API.
     
    As I am a regular user of your service, I would like your service to be integrated with Pabbly Connect (https://www.pabbly.com/connect/) so that I can request their team to integrate your applications with thousands of other applications. It is a new Zapier alternative.
    You can also contact them directly at [email protected] if you would like to do deep integration.
    Just let me know if you have an API endpoint or Webhook for the following tasks:

    >Send info to mailing list when there is a booking, cancellation or rescheduling
    >Send info to CRM when there is a booking, cancellation or rescheduling
    >Send info to Google sheet when there is a booking, cancellation or rescheduling

    Having this endpoint will help me to request Pabbly team to integrate your service with others.

    Apologies for replying late, we are not working on weekends. 

    We have webhooks, after couple of actions in Amelia data can be sent to some other automation tool via hooks. You can read more about this feature by following this link, and we gave an example of how it is used with Zapier.
