We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi there,
    I just installed Amelia and am experiencing the following problems:

    a) Backend: the Amelia shortcode icon does appear in the WordPress page files but it is inactive; when I click on it, I only get the message "please enter shortcode"

    b) Frontend: I installed [ameliabooking|. When clicking on a day/time, I am being sent to the bottom of the page; the same thing happens when I confirm the appointment (mostly on small screens).

    c) Frontend: the grey drop-down-button where you can choose to add a calendar is empty

    Could you please help me with that?

    Thanks,

    Silvia

    Hello Wien

    Thank you for your purchase.

    a) I'm sorry, but I don't quite understand what you mean by this. Can you share some screenshots about this? If the form appears on front-end, there's no need to enter anything else.

    b) You can access the footer.php file of your current theme, and add this script on the bottom:

    <script>
    window.ameliaBooking = {disableScrollView: true}
    </script>

    So, go to ../wp-content/themes/YOUR_CURRENT_THEME/footer.php and add the script on the bottom of that page, like this:

    7908356614.png

    It will be applied on all pages, and you won't see that jump on mobiles anymore.

    c) Again, could you please provide me the screenshot of where this happens (I guess it's on the "Congratulations" screen)? If that's true, I can't test it with active PayPal payment option. Would you be able to create a free service, and add it to a private page, so I can test this?

    I also noticed your theme is making the flag not visible on front-end (the phone field).

    Please add this custom CSS, and it should resolve the issue:

    input.el-input__inner {
    margin-bottom: 0px !important;
    background: none !important;
    }

    Kind Regards,

    Hi again Wien

    I can't see the script loaded anywhere on the page.

    As for the gray field, it is most likely a conflict with your theme. Please try adding the following CSS:

    #top .main_color .input-text, #top .main_color input[type='text'], #top .main_color input[type='input'], #top .main_color input[type='password'], #top .main_color input[type='email'], #top .main_color input[type='number'], #top .main_color input[type='url'], #top .main_color input[type='tel'], #top .main_color input[type='search'], #top .main_color textarea, #top .main_color select {
    background-color: white !important;
    }

    And it should look like this:

    I'm not sure what's going on with Amelia's Gutenberg block (the button you're mentioning not working in back-end). For that, and for the script not working, I'll need to remote in and take a look.

    Please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party.

    You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

    Kind Regards,
