We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

I need to check in to see what support you provide and if it is quick.
Your salespages said configuring Amelia was easy and that no technical skill is required.
I need to configure Zoom and Paypal, and for both I have had to go to developer pages and create apps? Neither of those were easy.
So tell me please how good your support is.
Also already please tell me how I apply for a refund as I have a sneaky suspicion that I have made a mistake.
I never received a confirmation of this ticket in my email inbox. Do I have to check back i here to see for updates?
OK it has been 22 hours. I cannot use a tool that does not have support, and that was advertised as easy to set up, but is in fact not easy at all.
Please provide me with a refund, and cancel my licence

Configuring Amelia itself is easy (it's just creating employees, services and/or events), it's Zoom and PayPal you need to create accounts with, and link them with Amelia.
We're here to help you out with any questions you may have about this, but if you feel Amelia is not what you need, please log into http://store.tms-plugins.com/ with the credentials you received in your e-mail when you purchased the plugin, then navigate to Purchases/Amelia, and since you're still within 15 days from purchase you will see the "Request Refund" button.
