We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi Tyrone Husseini,
Thank you for your interest in our plugin.
We haven't tried to create 1000 locations so we cannot be 100% sure. We do have users that have hundreds of locations and everything is working great.
For now employees can manage their appointments and events and see their calendar just from the backend, but we are currently working on Employee Front-end Panel and it will be live very soon.
“Amelia Employee” is the role you can give to some or all of your employees. Once you create a new Amelia Employee user an automatic email will be sent to your employee with a username and a URL link where they can set their password.
With this role, your employees can access the list of their appointments on the appointments page or directly on the calendar, and they can also export the list for ease in tracking. If you want to give more permissions to your employees you can enable six more options which you can find in the plugin’s Roles Settings so your employees can:
Configure their services,
However, employee cannot manage the locations.Configure their schedule,
Configure their days off,
Configure their special days and/or
Manage their appointments
Manage their events
Customer can choose one of the locations during the booking and then book appointment on that location, but they can also schedule other appointment later at other location. We don't have option to associate customer to just one location.
Best regards.
Hello Isidora !
Thank you very much for your fast reply.
Others pre-sale questions :
1/ You talked about a front end version, im glad to hear it ! Do you know when exactly, a week, a month ?
2/ Do you know if an employee associate to a location could export users list who booked in his location ?
3/ If i buy the basic plan, can i change to the lifetime license at any time by adding the difference of the price ?
Thanks for your answers !
Hi Tyrone Husseini,
You are welcome.
1) Probably in a couple of weeks Front-end employee panel will be released.
2) Unfortunately employee will not have option to export list of customers at the moment. I will add this suggestion on our features list and we will track the number of requests so if we get more requests we will certainly think about implementing this.
3) Simple upgrade is possible only from the same model (from subscription to subscription and from lifetime to lifetime), so if you now choose lifetime Basic plan and wish to upgrade later you can only pay the difference and we will upgrade your plan. If you wish to upgrade from subscription to lifetime it will not be so easy but we can give you the discount code and you can purchase a new license.
Best regards.
