We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

    How to send and email to a group of clients or individual clients? How to send an update email to all participants of an event?

    Thank you for your purchase. 

    There isn't a possibility to send manual email notifications from Amelia if that is what you want to achieve. There are the automatically sent notifications that you will find on Amelia -> Notifications page. You can check out the Web hooks feature, it is used for sending data from Amelia after several actions via hooks, so you can use some email automation tool that can catch these data for these emails if you want.

    Thanks for your reply but it is amazing that a basic feature as reaching out to your clients individually through a simple message is not possible..........

    You are welcome. 

    There are several automatically sent notifications in Amelia, and if you want to send some additional emails manually, there is an option to export data about the events' attendees - you can choose to export their email only - and use the data to send them emails manually. Maybe that can help out.
