We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

    Hi there,

    I implemented the plugin for one of my customers and also integrated Zoom which is working quite well. However, if I use the placeholders for Join links the link in the e-mail received is always 

    1. formatted as dotted list

    2. Always either date or date and time instead of the link itself

    Is it possible to get the pure link to be included (http://...) in the mail body or may you remove the pre-formatting? The %zoom_join_url% is also not available for Events. So basically it would be nice to have %zoom_join_url% as a placeholder for the http link which then could be formatted by the user.

    Hello Johannes, 

    Thank you for your purchase. 

    The Zoom links for events are formatted that way, so, like you saw a dotted list and date/time. Unfortunately, this can't be changed in Amelia and this placeholder %zoom_join_url% is for Services only and it doesn't look like a link as well, it is a string Join Zoom Meeting in the email notifications.  I will add this as a feature request to our list so it can be considered for modification in the future.

    Hi Marija,

    that would be perfect! I think having only the dotted list may confuse some of the receivers. In a first step having the Join Zoom Meeting available would be more clear. However, having the clear link available would enable more customizing options.

    I understand, I added it to our feature requests list. I must say that this is the first such request so far, but if we get more requests like this one in the future it will be considered for implementation sooner. We do have a lot of feature requests, and the most requested ones are in the top of the list for implementation.
