    Hi there,

We want to use Amelia for our new Yoga Studio and so far most of our workflows are covered. But we still have some open questions:

    1. Does Amelia support a subscription-based invoicing? For example, can a customer buy a 6 / 10 class subscription for a reduced price that allows him to book a class, and if the customer has a subscription, the class will be free and deducted from the subscription?

    2. Is there an option to assign a monthly subscription to customers so they can book certain classes for free if they have the correct subscription?

    3. If a customer books a new class, he gets an account. Is this new account a WP account and can be used to show him other custom content or is this account limited to the Amelia Customer-Panel?

    4. Is there a way to manage attendees of a class by marking them as present or not attended?

    5. Is my understanding correct, that when I choose WooCommerce as a payment method, I can use all the payment methods that WooCommerce provides (incl. extra plugins)?

    Thank you for the feedback

    Hi Tim Schrödel,

Thank you for your interest in our plugin.

    1. At the moment we don't have packages option but this is one of our top priorities for the next updates. I must say that this is a huge feature so it will not come so soon but if you are interested I can contact you once we implement it?

    2. Unfortunately this also isn't possible at the moment.

    3. WP account is not limited to Amelia Customer Panel, customer can also login to the WordPress and access his appointments there. You can choose to automatically create Amelia WordPress customer user or not during the booking, and customer can also login to the panel without this user role (one is not conditioned with another).

    4. Unfortunately something like this isn't possible at the moment.

    5. Yes, with WooCommerce you can use all payment methods that are supported as WooCommerce addons, however other WooCommerce addons are not supported at the moment.

    Best regards.

    Hi Isidora,

Thank you for the quick response.

    1. That sounds awesome, do you have a rough timeline for this new feature? For example, in Q4 or still in 2020? And yes, please let me know as soon as you finished with the implementation. Also if you have any need for beta-testers, we are happy to try it out and give proper feedback.

    2. Is this feature on the Amelia product road-map?

    3. Perfect, thanks for the clarification.

    4. Is this feature on the Amelia product road-map?

    5. Do I understand you correctly, that we can use any payment method addon? But all the other WooCommerce addons are not supported? In our case, we would like to integrate this method (https://www.mamedev.ch/downloads/twint-for-woocommerce-2/?lang=en) which is very popular in Switzerland. Would that be possible?

    Best regards

    Hi Tim Schrödel,

    1. I would say approximately 3 months. I will be more than glad to contact you and I will also notify you about beta testing.

    2. In our package feature we plan to add option to set duration until the package will last. So if you limit the package for one month customer will be able to purchase the package and then use it to schedule services from the package in that limited period for free.

    4. Not yet, but if we get more requests we will think about it.

    5. It should work since it is a payment gateway but I must say that we didn't use this payment gateway yet.

    Best regards.
