Hi, I have been working on a website for a client who has purchased Amelia, but submitting this as pre=purchase as I don't have her purchase code.

Just wondering if there is a way I can sort the Events page (Admin) in order of date? They seem to sort in the order they were created which makes no sense to me at all. I realise there is the calendar view but it's obviously not the same – it is the events page she will primarily use to manage them. Doesn't seem to be a native way to do this unless I'm missing it but not sure if I could achieve this with a javascript snippet?

Also sorry, totally different thing but I suspect the same type  of solution, if any, so tacking it on ... I have had on-site payments enabled for faster testing before launching the site however having gone through and turned those off, I have just noticed it seems that when only one payment method is available for an event (unsure if same for appointments), the container div for the Payment Method form item has had inline style "display:none" added so the field isn't visible at all..

Realise there is no choice to be made since we are only offering PayPal however, as a customer, at the point of being about to make a purchase I expect to see the payment method before I would proceed, regardless of if there is only one ... how can I stop thet element from being hidden?

    Hi Ayusha,

    Thanks for using our plugin.

On the events page the events are sorted based on the time range selected and by the date the event is taking place: https://share.getcloudapp.com/X6uoW56R

We have an option to help you add PayPal icon so that it is obvious.

For premium support you need to contact our support in Amelia category with your purchase key, please.

On the sorting, it seems to behave differently with subsequent dates created under the same event. Our use case is 6 week short courses so each 6 week course is a single event with 6 dates (no recurrence because students purchase and attend all 6 dates - one per week).

I would have liked to have used appointments but it’s a single price point for all 6 dates and customers cannot just purchase a single one so there did not seem to be any way to make that work (as an aside the option to duplicate an event would have been fantastic when setting these up)... I have looked at the summer roadmap which someone had shared on one of the Public tickets and may recommend we switch once I see have recurring appointments and possibly packages work in practice.

Attached a couple of screenshots so you can see what I mean and how they are set up. Played around with different ways of doing it but this seemed to be the only way that achieved what we wanted.

Re: premium support, understood... when we push over to production probably later today i will need to get the purchase code to activate for automatic updates anyway I just hadn’t needed to ask for it at this point - aaand of course I just realised that the email my client sent from which I downloaded the zip file for her, obviously contained it anyway so I’ve had it this whole time 🤦‍♀️

This was a student project (real client obviously) so I’m just trying to do my day job at the same time, I’ll submit a proper support ticket later. Thank you.

    Hi Ayisha,

Sorry, I didn't get you mean one event with different dates and times, yes, this should be the only option to show them.

Recurring events are going live in next update, and Package option later, no ETA at the moment.

Thanks and you can continue on the premium support.
