We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

I'm trying to set up an on-site cleaning service booking with Amelia on my website. I have set up Employee, Services and Locations on Amelia back-end.

I would like to let the customer choose the service location on the front end. Certain locations should only be visible to certain employees. For example if a customer selects Employee A and Service A, he should only be able to select Location A or B. Meanwhile if the customer selects Employer B and Service A, he should be able to select Location B or C only. Is this possible?

    Thank you.

    Hello Vigneswaran,

    Thank you for your purchase.

Both Services and Locations are assigned to Employees in Amelia.

You can set your employees to work on different locations at different times. You choose one default location in the Details tab for that employee, but when you go to the Work Hours tab you can set different work time periods for each day in the week and assign different services and locations to each work time period.

When you click on the 'pencil' icon you can edit that work time period, and by clicking on the '+' sign next to Apply to All days you add a new work time period.

So the services/locations you assign here in the employee's work hours will be the availability of that combination of employee/service/location.

There isn't a possibility to set different locations for one work time period, though, if that is what you want to achieve. If this is what you need, you can create a custom field for the services where customers can choose one of the options that you set or write their own address or similar. You can read more about custom field following this link

If you have any further questions feel free to ask.

    Hi,

    Thank you for your reply.

I better go with custom fields.

    Thanks.
