We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hello Amelia team,
Is there a paginated presentation of Amelia's lists in the Admin?
I thought so with the "Number of objects per page" option which is set to 30 by default: Amelia > Settings > Global (see screenshot).
However, all appointments load at once on my site, no pagination working, heavy load with 600 appointments and growing…
Did i missed something?
Thanks for your help.
Emmanuel
Hello Emmanuel,
That option isn't applied to the Appointments list in Amelia, it is applied to number of events shown on the front-end, and other pages on the back-end -like customers, employees, etc.
Regarding appointments list on Amelia -> Appointments page, it is mainly set by the date range chosen in the date filter. And then you can apply some of the additional filters, there, but by default, when you visit this page at first, the current week is chosen in the date range and the list of appointments for that week is shown.
Hello marija,
Thanks for your precisions.
Ok, i could filter the Appointments list to limit the number of items displayed at once but it's a rather random approach, one don't know in advance how many items exist in a date range.
I think the classic WP pagination should be applied to the Appointments list, it would reduce the server's load when displaying hundreds of items (it takes several seconds before the screen is populated on my site, not so good experience for the admin).

You are welcome, Emmanuel.
I see, yes, I understand your point of view, since you have a lot of appointments. I will add it as a feature request to our list and forward it to the development team so it can be considered for modification in the future.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.
Thanks for your attention Marija.
