Are you sure those IDs are correct? Unfortunately, at the moment you can't see the IDs in the plugin's UI, but you could see them if you use the Gutenberg blocks - you'd be able to choose specific employees, services...

The IDs will be included in our next update, so it will be a lot easier to find them.

If this doesn't help, please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. 

You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.

I don't know what went wrong, but it just started working as expected.

I didn't change anything, but simply verified the IDs are correct. Now it's working normally. Can you, please, check and let me know?
