In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

Hi,
I'm (re)designing a contact page to improve it with Amelia plugin. I want to propose a meeting at the office --> no problem. But I would also like to propose the opportunity to "just" book a phone call and to let this opportunity of choosing to the visitor. I know Zoom is possible but my client is not using it.

If I understood you correctly, you want to have a "phone" type of service?
If that is true, I'm sorry to disappoint you, but it's not possible with the plugin's built-in features.
You can create a service "Schedule a phone call", and have the phone field be entered as a mandatory field, so your employees can call the customer, but that's about it.

Thank you for your quick answer Aleksandar. I can imagine a kind of solution now even if it's a non native one.
My goal is to allow a visitor to choose between a physical meeting and a non physical one : it's not relevant for a hairdresser or a florist. But it's definitely relevant for a lawyer or a financial advisor. Plus, all the visitors are not living in the same city and the Covid period accelerated this need...
Zoom is possible indeed, but Zoom is not perfectly secure and GDPR compliant for Europe. And all the visitors are not able to install it easily for 100% visitors (specially the seniors). This si why the possibility to choose a phone is maybe a low added value as a tech but sometimes a necessary one to be sure to catch every visitor.
Maybe in a future update ? :)

It's a good suggestion, I agree, but from a developer stand point, I'm not sure how easily it is implemented.
I will forward the idea to our management team, and hopefully they'll be able to add it in one of our future updates.
