I am thinking about buying Amelia. But I have one question about a feature I couldn't find in the demo.
My goal is to have weekly recurring events where customers/clients only can book on the same day of the event.
I see that I can set a booking start, but if this is a recurring event, the booking will be for all upcoming events of the series. So when the booking is open the customers can book the last event of the series, which I dont want them to do.
Is there any option that can achieve this or do I have to set up every event manually (which would be a lot of work)
I am not 100% sure I understand. If you mean that the customer can book all events (dates) in one event, you can make one event and set different dates and periods inside it.
If you want to create one event that is recurring, but you to forbid customers to book others then the first one, that is not possible unfortunately.

Maybe it is clearer with an example. I have a Yoga-Event which is every Tuesday. The course is limited for 10 people and that everybody has the chance to book this event, the booking for todays event opens only on Tuesday morning. So on Monday nobody can book the course for tomorrow in advance, only on the same day. The course members variate from event to event, that's why I want the booking limit.
In Amelia, I know that I can make an event for Tuesday and set the booking opening to tuesday, 7 c'clock in the morning. BUT I have to create every event for Tuesday manually OR I make one recurring event for every tuesday, but here I can't control the booking opening for every Tuesday separately. Only for the whole series.
And now I am looking for a way to have less work to do by creating one recurring event for Tuesdays BUT with cotrol of each event with the booking. Is there a way?

Thanks for the explanation, I understand.
You can make an event that is recurring every Tuesday, but then you need to edit each of the recurring events and set that booking opens at that day.
It is a bit of a work, but that is the only way for now, we will try to make this easier in the future.

thanks! Your reply helped me. I didn't know that I can edit each event by itself. I thought when I mae a change it is for the whole series.
Of course it will be a lot of work to edit each one, but at least I dont need to CREATE all. Thank you!
