I have created a new service on my amelia plug in and I have assigned it to a new therapist, however it does not show as an available with that therapist. I have saved it and tried again but still nothing. When I tried assigning it to another therapist it worked fine, but just with one therapist it would show as an available treatment in their column.
Can you please check wether service duration fits in the working hours for that employee? And also check whether you have added a break that splits the service, since that could be a reason why that therapist is still unavailable.
If you still have the same issue I would need to ask you to please provide me a temporary WP-admin login for your site where this happens, so we could log in and take a look ‘from the inside’ as that’s the most efficient way to see and resolve the issue. We do not interfere with any data or anything else except for the plugin (in case that’s a production version of the site), and of course we do not provide login data to third party. You can write credentials here just check Private Reply so nobody can see them except us.
I have managed to find what was the issue. In the Working hours periods Facials and Manicure & Pedicure services haven't been assigned to the periods. I have tried and assigned for Sylvia period on Monday and Sylvia appeared on your front-end booking forms. In the attachment I added two photos, the first one is Monday that i have changed and now have 23 services assigned, and the other one is Tuesday that I left the same as it was with 13 services assigned (without these two categories).
If you want Sylvia to provide all these services on each day then you will need to assign them to other days also (just click on the category in the dropdown and all services will be assigned from that category). I hope that you don't mind because I changed Monday, I needed to try to see if everything is working like it should.
I have contacted TMS about this error previously and after one of your colleagues gained access you told me that there had been a bug in the system.
The same error has reoccured and it's causing great disruption to my business.
The problem is that a client has made an online booking, selected a therapist and date & time they are available. Then the booking has not entered in to the calendar, it has not notified the therapist of the booking and the booking has been missed.
The only alert that the office had to the booking was an email of a paypal receipt for the payment, no update from Amelia. I have then on this occasion went online and changed the booking status from processing to complete to then be able to view it in the calendar.
I need the bookings to automatically enter into the calendar and alert the therapist as this cannot keep happening.
In addition to that error, I am also having difficulty to recharge the balance to send SMS notifications as I have clicked on an amount to recharge with however nothing seems to happen. I have checked and there is enough in my Paypal account to cover the cost and I have also tried loging out and back in.
If this can please be addressed asap to stop any further problems with my business please!

These issues are fixed in our latest 2.7 version, so can you please update the plugin? To update the plugin please follow our instructions from here.
