Would you consider making an extra option in Amelia for restaurant bookings? So instead of employers they become tables.. This seems a minimal alteration with the potential of an entire new market/product..

We don't have a plan to implement an option for restaurant bookings as such in Amelia at the moment. I will add your feature request to our list, so it can be considered for implementation in the future. For now, you can only change labels for service/employee in Amelia -> Settings if that would somehow help your usecase.
