We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!

We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.

You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.

While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.

We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.

Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!

    Hi,

Is there any way we can disable/enable allow bookings below minimum capacity per service and not only from the general settings?

We offer private tuitions from 1 to 4 people, but since this is "private" only one person can book it for the other 4 (different to a class where people don't need to know each other).

As per my understanding we have two options here:

    - "Bringing someone with you", but it doesn't work since we have another service that we allow users not to know each other and we need to allow users to book below the minimum capacity.

    - Create separate services 1 person, 2 person... up to 4, but this might result a bit confusing for the users since in capacity it appears 1 unless the users selects 3 more people.

The best option for us would be that we could set up not to allow booking below minimum capacity and in "bringing anyone with you" would automatically appear the other users.

    Thanks

    Hello Javier,

Unfortunately, it isn't possible to disable/enable the setting allow bookings below minimum capacity per service in Amelia, only for all at once in the general settings. I will add this as a feature request so it can be considered for implementation in the future.

There isn't any work-around that could work for your use case. Unfortunately, if you have a capacity greater than 1 and enable the option allow bookings below minimum capacity it will be applied to all services.

The first option would work only if you have the max capacity set to 1 for that other service.

The second option would maybe help for your use case, it is some extra work and maybe not that convenient, but you can maybe change the strings somehow to make it more useful, but the logic can't be changed unfortunately.

If you have any further questions or concerns feel free to ask.
