We're Moving to a New Support Platform – Starting June 1st!
We’re excited to let you know that starting June 1st, we’ll be transitioning to a new support system that will be available directly on our product websites – Amelia, wpDataTables, and Report Builder. In fact, the new support platform is already live for Amelia and wpDataTables, and we encourage you to reach out to us there.
You'll always be able to reach us through a widget in the bottom right corner of each website, where you can ask questions, report issues, or simply get assistance.
While we still do not offer live support, a new advanced, AI-powered assistant, trained on our documentation, use cases, and real conversations with our team, is there to help with basic to intermediate questions in no time.
We're doing our best to make this transition smooth and hassle-free. After June 1st, this current support website will redirect you to the new "Contact Us" pages on our product sites.
Thanks for your continued support and trust – we’re excited to bring you an even better support experience!
Hi
Thanks a lot for your great work. This plug in is awesome and I am supporting it within my network.
I am very happy my employees can manage their events. However, the cancelation is a bit too easy in my view. I would like the employees to review and confirm the service as it is now. Now the difference: In case they cannot make it, they should contact admin. He should be the only person to reject as he can take care of backups from other employees before. Otherwise it is almost impossible to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Second side question: Is it possible to keep admin on bcc for all automatic emails (e.g. event rescheduled by employee)
Hopefully you can help me with this request. I am also very open for potential work arounds.
Thanks a lot.
Hello Markus,
We are glad to see you like Amelia
Unfortunately, there isn't a possibility to change the cancellation behavior in Amelia with its current built-in features. I will add this as a feature request to our list so it can be considered for implementation in the future.
Second side question: Is it possible to keep admin on bcc for all automatic emails (e.g. event rescheduled by employee)
In Amelia, notifications are sent to Customer and to Employees, and you can configure this when you go to Amelia -> Notifications page. If you want to add some additional email addresses to which all notifications from Amelia will be sent as well, you can do that by adding these email addresses to the Send all notifications to additional addresses: field which you will find in Amelia -> Settings -> Notification settings. When you add one email press Enter and it will be saved, so you can then add another one, etc. To these email addresses all notifications that are sent from Amelia (to customers and to employees) will be sent as well.
If you have any further questions feel free to ask.
Hi Marija
thanks a lot for your feedback. I just adjusted the notification settings. This was very easy and I just overlooked on in the option page.
thanks for adding this to the list of future updates. It will be a very powerful and helpful feature to modify the employee right in more detail.
Regards
Markus
You are welcome, Markus.
If you have any other questions or concerns feel free to open a new ticket and we will gladly help.
