While the general outline of having 1 minute, 10 minutes, etc. available for "all" bookings is good, is there a way to enter in custom times for appointments, similar to those available within the events area?

Our schedules do not follow a constant timeframe throughout the day, and need to be manually entered before they can be set as recurring. The events area is perfect, but doesn't really work the way we need - so we have to use appointments themselves.

This also needs to be custom for each service.

    For example:

Tower to DEN, every 20 minutes from 3:00 am until 8:00 am, then every 40 minutes from 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. Then every 20 minutes again from 12:00 pm until midnight.

Gateway to DEN, every 30 minutes from 3:00 am until 12:00 pm, then every 20 minutes.

OR we select a custom time for the appointment, as well as duration, not a universal time.

Preferably, we'd like to use events, but we need to see the custom field in a calendar or list of the day - something like the appointments area.

    Thanks.

    Hello Jonathan

Appointment duration is set when you configure the Service, so one service can only last 20 minutes, or 40 minutes.

You can create 3 different services:

    1. That lasts 20 minutes

    2. That lasts 30 minutes

    3. That lasts 40 minutes

Then, you'd need to go to the Employee who is assigned to this service and add custom working hours:

    1. From 03:00 - 08:00 they would work on service 1 and service 3.

    2. From 08:00 - 24:00 they would work on service 2 and service 3.

Custom fields will be added to Events in the future. We have this planned for this summer, but I can't say when exactly it will be included in Amelia.

    Kind Regards,
